In March, the Government of Canada released its 2012 budget, which included many measures designed to reduce Canada’s deficit.   As part of these measures, the Co-operative Development Initiative has been discontinued. This means that no new projects will be approved.  

The 2011 Cooperative Development Initiative (CDI) Conference held at the Delta Hotel in Ottawa, Ontario on October 27, 28 and 29, 2011 was a great success.  Many thanks to all our participants and our guest speakers!
